Mine are definitely penny auction sites, they are very good places to get good deals if you know how to use them. EBay is pretty safe, I personally sell most of the items that I get from penny auction sites on my eBay account.
Though, just last week, my Paypal was hacked. I had money going out from Paypal to the Skype service, and had to cancel the transaction and change all my passwords, etc.
