shopping for a new computer

greetings everybody! i'm shopping for a new computer, my old 2003 hp just died. I only have a budget of $600.00 and want to get the best bang for the buck. I need a desktop. QUALITY is most important. any good site to get a Dell at a low price? Any other good brands out there? Thanks for any info. The tax free weekend is starting tomorrow. Would prices be lower after school starts?

if you want it before then, bestbuy and walmart are good places to buy major brands

unless you wanna build one

i mean, there is not really a website that offers deep discounts or amazing prices. you pretty much have to go out there and hunt
