settings for a monitor

hey peoples

my nan has just got herself a new monitor, well this one to be procise

28" Hanns-G HG281DP Widescreen Monitor - Aria Technology

now she is going to be upgradeing her computer soon but for now she is stuck with a old P4 system with a ATI Radeon X1950 PRO

she has told me it looks blury with the setting she has, how would i go about changeing it so i can get it running nice for now at least

Make sure her resolution is set to the monitor's native res, or make sure its set at a widescreen resolution. Otherwise it will look blurry.

Also make sure that the image is properly aligned. Most monitors have an auto-adjust feature to properly align the image and to set the correct phase and clock setting - note that the auto-adjust feature is only applicable when using VGA.
