Setting up OS Drive and Data Drive

That's my problem! I've been trying to format it but have not been able to. As it was only showing up in disk management and I got that error, isn't in my computer to format. I even went in with parted magic and that wouldn't format it

Have you tried using a 3rd party program to format it?

Yes. I went in with parted magic and it got a couple weird errors, Restarted and it was fine but now the drive isn't showing up

I think its safe to say your drive is faulty. Send it back and RMA it to get a replacement.

Well. Thing is I did that once already. First drive was seen nowhere. This drive I can see in the bios. Just can't get to a point to format it

Have you tried something bootable like GParted?
GParted Live on USB
