I have to recommend some one a webserver (Collocate) to

- Host their website. 100-200 hits / day
- CMS, DB will be SQL Server
- Streaming Audio and Video, for selected members only
- Email

It needs to be windows, since CMS required windows (enVivo) but we'll install php and MySQL too to run some open source software e.g. WIki (php version)

I have to buy and install a machine from Dell site. Any recommendation of Dell machine to do that?

Any of their basic desktops will do what you want it to do, just make sure the machine has Windows Server 2003 and about 1G ram. Maybe a nice prossessor. **Make sure you go with apache as your client, ISS will cause you problems on a smaller machine** But seriously, you could run that from a home LAN.
