Well, I would say that's the culprit then. That's kind of a given if you ask me.

no acually it wasnt the pins, something popped on the motherboard, not a capacitor but one right buy the latch of the blue pci-e slot, it shot acid up the board and fried it, asus is sending me a new board and they are going to look at my bad one, so thanks for all your help

Yeah...um...that WOULD be a capacitor IIRC. They are silver with a little bit of red on that board, I think. I looked at a pic of the board and that's the only thing that could burst and shoot acid from what I can tell.
