I have never even heard of this service
is it new or something? I use ahrefs and Rush Analytics. The latter I use more lately since they changed the interface and made it more userfriendly and also made some general optimizations in order to speed it up. What I like most of all is that Rush Analytics lets me monitor up to 100,000 keyword positions and even more in one task without visible glitches. Highly recommend to at least to give it a try 
I have never heard of this service. Is it a German tool? What kind of SEO services do you mean? Different tools provide various abilities. Answering this question will help me to give you the right recommendation. Basically, I prefer using ahrefs or moz for my seo tasks.

I'm not familiar with that provider, but Id' wager their helpfulness will depend on the needs of the business in question. Aside from the different types of online business models (wholesale, dropshipping, ecommerce...), their SEO struggles can wildly differ, meaning you might need more than one team to craft and pursue an effective growth strategy. For example, they might not have their house in order technical SEO-wise, they might lack on page optimization, or simply - their domain authority might be too low for competing in the longer-tail keywords...
