Searching for a new washing machine!?

Hey!
I'm looking for a new washing machine. My requirements are rather small. It has to be a front loader and it would be nice if the machine had a kind of short program.
The price is less important

Well I can say don't get a Samsung, bout the only advice I can give.

I would try an appliance forum... Although I have had good luck with LG.

We also use LG brand front load washer/dryer. No problems with them since we bought them about 5 or 6 yrs now.

I tend to stay with Whirlpool/Maytag as they have local manufacturing plants near me.

So the first thing is that the washing machines are getting more and more modern and do not last as long (because nowadays you wash more often) it depends on what you need to wash but generally when buying a washing machine I would pay attention to the energy consumption...

We have a washing machine from Miele (this model: https://productz.com/en/miele-w3035-washer) and a dryer from Beko. Our Miele does what she does - washing one or two loads of laundry every day and we are happy with it.

imho...... I think the old fashioned adgitater top load washers worked better than the new front loaders as far as getting your clothes cleaner.

They work better than the non agitator top loaders too.
