SanDisk Micro Cruzer 1.0GB Problem

Hello all, i have here a Scadisk Micro Cruzer 1.0GB That does not want to cooperate with my computer. everytime i try to add a simple folder with word documents on it, it says that there is an I/O device error. I have already tried to format it but same error pops up. I dont know wether this is a Computer problem or just the Flash drive. any suggestions on making this Piece of **** work?

I Get an I/O Device Error.
I have Absolutley no clue what that means. haha

The problem could be caused by your Flash Drive. Does the error come up when you try to add a folder to your computer or to your flash drive?

It happens when i try to add a folder or delete a folder(I have a folder from a while back on there). I can't delete, add or anything.

If you have the U3 software installed I don't think you can save files to the root folder of the drive you will have to go under the documents section of it.

I/O errors means your thumb drive flash memory is bad, just as in a harddrive, time to get a new one
