Processor is definitely slow, however that doesn't quite explain why my phone sped up after the safe mode thing.

In my opinion that shows me my phone is capable of running faster than it is.

I dunnue but typically with any product or service I always recommend waiting a full 6-12 months after it's release for the company to have patches and bug fixes.

Is there a way to get analog audio from the phone given it has no headphone jack?

I ordered that one. Figured it would be best since you've had a good experience with it.

Now when I switch to the new phone, will I be able to use the old phone on Wi-Fi to stream music.

If so is there a stand or dock I can get to securely hold the phone?

Was your phone unlocked or did you have to get it unlocked from the carrier it was previously used on?

Mine appears like it missed the unlock phase of the refurbish.

If it indeed is not unlocked is it possible to download a new firmware to the phone so that it will be unlocked or does that not work?

Oh ok maybe mine somehow missed that stage.

If I root the phone will that allow me to unlock it myself?

I might just return the phone and get a replacement as if I do anything to the phone myself they could claim I caused the problem.

I'm returning the phone and may buy another from the same seller as I feel the issue I had was a rare issue.
