Samsung Galaxy A11 question

I have a Samsung Galaxy A11 that I recently replaced the board with the charging port on it with one from Amazon due to the charging port being flakey.

Anyways I now seem to have an issue losing signal sometimes in places I used to not lose signal.

Does that board have anything to do with the reception strength of the cell signal?

I've got three out of 5 bars now where I am and my phone reads -109dBm 99 asu.

Is that a correct reading?

Ok thanks.

I saw a couple RF cables and a couple connections for antennas on the phone's back cover, but hat could have been for the WI-FI and/or GPS antennas.

Another question.

Occasionally the phone will restart at random and how I know it has done that is when I try to turn the screen on and it briefly flashes the Verizon screen seen while the phone is booting. If I hold down the power button or keep pressing it the display flashes on and off while plugged in and also unplugged.

If I plug the phone in, the display will stay on once I press the power button.

It may be a day or several days before it does that again.

What could be the problem?

You probably have "Enable automatic restart when needed" enabled.
It is usually under Settings - Battery and device care - Auto optimization: on

There's no setting for that, but even if there was that still wouldn't explain why the screen does what it does as when I do a manual restart the screen stays on when something is being displayed on the screen.

Well, I don't know what Samsung Galaxy you have then, but if there is really something strange and You can't understand what's going on, then you should contact the specialists.

What I also wonder is if Samsung did like Apple did at one point and an update made the phone not be as good to force an upgrade?
