S479

I'm thinking of buying a S479 mobo...as they are nicly build, but here's the huge question, if I buy this an put a S478 P4 3GHZ CPU in it, will it work?

S479 is strictly Pentium M. If you really really really want a S479 mobo, i suggest getting a Asus P4C800-E Deluxe and a CT-479 converter, all from ASUS. see this thread for more details: http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=393963
