Running slow and other issues.

My computer has been running slow for months now, especially on Facebook, also when I try to place a website from my favorites to the desktop it doesn't always appear in the top left corner as it usually does, sometimes it will show up the next day, can someone please help decide if I need to remove anything from this highjack log ?

Do you defrag your computer? Do you clear your cache? You really should be running service pack 3 for XP. Log looks clean to me.
 
Hi bruinator ! I have defraged a few times but not regularliy or recently, I usually do the start-run-cleanmgr and %temp%. then deleat cookies, files and clear history, then empty the trash. always at shutdown. is that service pack 3 problematic ?

Kelly, Other than " O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file) which you can delete", your HJT log still looks clean to me. Keep doing what you are doing with your cookies and try to defrag on a monthly basis to keep your PC running at a optimum rate.
