Running dual monitors? (Specs inside)

Hey everyone, I've only been on this site a few times before, but you all seemed to be IMMENSELY helpful, so I have another question.

This one is really simple, and I'm pretty sure 80% of you can give me an answer in 30 seconds. So here goes. What I want to do, is too run two monitors on my computer. Here are all of my specs. (And a link to my card)

Graphics card : EVGA GT220

OS: Windows Vista 64bit

Processor: AMD 7550 Dual core 2.5GHz

Memory: 8gb

I think that is all you guys would need, but if there is anything else please just ask me. And if it matters at all, I was hoping on running a ~18inch 1080p monitor in addition to my current 22 inch one. (Also 1080p) So, is this possible? Would I need a special adapter or can it just not be done? Thank you so much for any help you can provide.

one monitor will use a DVI cable
other monitor will use a VGA cable

easily doable with that card.
