Rtx 3070 ti shipping problem

So i wanted to purchase a rtx 3070 ti from a german store
ComputerUniverse and the thing is there was a very good deal 750 euro for a rtx 3070 ti and a 750w evga supernova gt but that deal was available if i selected a country outside germany like the country i live in North Macedonia and that's because it excluded vat and shipping costs, shipping cost was 30 euro so i need to know do i need to pay vat if i order from Macedonia will it cost extra in the end or is this a deal i shouldn't let go.
And yeah if i selected germany as delivery country this combo was 900 euro..
