rocketfish?

at my best buy they have a rocketfish 750W PSU, i can get it for $88 with my employee discount. i have a few questions before i see if i want it or not.
1. its labeled as 750W peak, what does that mean?
2. would i be better off buying an Antec PSU for just under twice that amount?

this 750w Corsair psu is better, and IIRC they have it at BB also, use your employee discount on that and it may come out to be ~ $20 more for a much better psu, I think it's like $119 at BB but obviously it's way cheaper at teh 'egg, not almost twice as much like the Antec, but just as good, win/win imo...
