so has anyone been lucky that when you RMA a computer part you actually get a step up sent back to you?
i returned my OCZ powerstream 600w because it blew (buddy had the same one bought at the same time and his blew a month before mine).
he returned his, got a new 600w GameXstream since the powerstream is discontinued. basically the same specs, different name....
i returned mine and got back a 850w GameXstream
not bad imo, shouldn't have to upgrade the psu now if i change a few things in my current box.
also (not really a rma but free upgrade),
i ordered a gigabyte K8N 150 s754 mobo for my athlon64 s754....a few years ago i guess.
got charged for the 150 but they sent me a K8Ns 250 that had s-ata and better sound. it was about a 30 dollar difference think
