If you dont know what A "Rialto bridge chip" is. there is information on the quote

Rialto bridge chip:

The Rialto bridge chip does translate AGP signals from the system to PCI Express signals that the graphics chip can understand and vice versa. They do this becuase the X1600Pro is a PCIE card not agp. The chips are made from IBM.

Ok, Im worried. I felt the Rialto bridge chip and it felt that it burnt my finger. Is this good? becuase my friend told me, "if it feels like its burning your finger than the temp is around 60c" I have no heatsinks for this small core :(
