Replacing a MoBo

any advice? Wanna upgrade it in the future and i figure it will be helpful to prepare for it now

i would think it is simple, u know unscrew mobo from case disconnect all the wires, get new mobo screw it in, stuff like that, anything i'm missing

My Cpu is a Pent. 4 2.8ghz
