yh but my theory is by the time someone has built up over -100 rep points i think they wud have been banned by that time lol

On another note, people here are generous. The neg. rep. system could be used so much more often, but we just let it by; a nice feature to have in a forum.

I think its the same problem ebay had people are sacred to neg rep someone for fear they will recieve the same

if somebody neg repped you and they had a good reason to do it i think its petty if you reply with neg rep just to get your own back
