I don't understand what you mean by "hard to delete". If you want to wipe your hard drive clean use Dban.

Moved this here, as it had nothing at all to do with Building, Buying, or upgrading a computer:confused:

Anyways, I use YourUninstaller 2006 for what you describe. It uses the built-in uninstaller, but also removes leftover files, and cleans up the registry.

There is also a application called Force Delete. Google it and that might help you out.
