Remote Desktop Connection win2003 and " Domain " option

Can we enable the option for " domain " for the Remote Desktop Connection for win2003 ?

Because with XP I can find that option as you can see here:

We have got winXP and win2K3 members of AD/Domain (win2K3).

On Win2K3 , I have got same as this :

I understand what you're talking about, but I'm not sure if the Win2003 version of RDC client has that, I know XP does. But is it necessary though to put in the domain? I may be wrong but usually an IP and the account/password is all it takes.
