I had to format and reinstall all software to my Hp xe783 computer. My OS is Windows ME. Everything has gone well except I can't install my HP Deskjet 610cl printer drivers(dj615en). I tried using the installation wizard but my printer wasn't listed. Then I tried application recovery disk that didn't work. I dowloaded the drivers from HP website and installed them, the printer still has no communication. Check the cables, everything connected ok. When I use the print command in Dos the printer works. Help.
