I need to recover some files i deleted, im using a small program but the files are corrupted when i recover them, i also need to recover some of my msn convo's even though i didnt save them

You shouldn't have deleted them in the first place, there's nothing you can do to fix the corruption.

Unless you deleted the files with something like the 35-pass Gutmann wipe and then overwrote the free space with random data, there is always a way to recover data, all it takes is a lot of money and a good deal of time.
