Recommended TV Tuner

Hello,

Can somebody pls recommend a good TV tuner PCI card. Just want to watch and record TV shows on my computer. I want to spend around $50.

When I looked on newegg for both, I couldnt find any Nvidia NVTV cards and I only found a few ATI Pro cards, like this one:

they are also mce compatible (the ati can work without it. nvtv can't)

Powercinema 4 isn't the best software for it, but you can use many programs to control it. I use mce and widows media encoder

Thanks EricB. Nice card, I was looking at that one too, but forgot to mention that I need one that is PCI, not PCI-E.
