Recommend me a graphics card for my build

Can someone recommend me a graphics card for my build?
I'm a gamer and I'd like something better than I currently have.
My current card.
Here's my setup.

CPU
PSU

Ops, my budget is around $100-$150.


Edit: I was thinking about this card, but after reading the bad reviews, I decided I'll go with something else.

Yeah, never buy XFX ATI cards. They cheap out on the components.

That sapphire is good, but I recommend this if you can stretch your budget a little.

No problem.

Just a tip, but you should get that raidmax PSU out of there too. They tend to be unreliable and can destroy every component in your system when they die. Brands I recommend are antec, OCZ, corsair, PC power and cooling, seasonic, and cooler master.

Crap, I already ordered it, I'm actually supposed to be receiving it today...

I don't have anything to replace it with at the moment... Could you recommend me a budget PSU I could use with my setup?
