So looks like right now 2019 to current theres

Star Trek Prodigy: Supernova
Star Trek Command ( I think)
Star Trek: Resurgence
Star Trek: Infinite

Has anyone played these and if so which ones are the MOST like Star Trek Armada 2 from 2002 and Star trek Bridge Commander from around same year.

Cause like those two games is where I first really started gaming and would love a modern day recode with corrected graphics and physics.

Edit: I am aware of Full MOD conversion of sins of a solar empire into Star Trek Armada 2 ISH like game play and the non-profit/free I guess Star Trek Fleet Operations mod for Star Trek Armada 2. However; for star trek fleet operations mod has some issues, just two name two big ones one the maps are really not 3 dimensional and 2 no warp drive/warp speed. Uh what?

Thanks!

I haven't messed with it in a while but I'm sure they have complete overhaul mods out there these days.
I was SUPER PSYCHED out when I saw that fleet operations was still going in this year. BUt then.. Saw Still no 3D Map/Map Depth and no warp drive and I just can not bring my special kitty cat OCD to play it.

I will break down at some point and get Sins of A solar Empire and then put in the FULL STA2 mod on it. It's only a matter of time...

I’ve tried it, and the lack of 3D maps and warp drive in Fleet Operations just kills it for me. It’s like, how can you call it Star Trek without warp speed. I get that some people say it’s for balance, but it still doesn’t feel right.

Yes, I agree. Don't get me wrong it looks great and for 2005-2011 it's really great. But I was hoping Activision would of come out with a Star Trek armada 4 with what fleet operations people did + fixing just some obvious things. Like as you said Map depth/3D. Using warp to dodge fire is offset by spool up time or energy use. or similar.

I wish Fleet operations people could buy the rights and copyrights to Star trek armada 1-3 and then make the game trek fans wanted for so long. But I guess now its Star Trek Fleet Operations that got close. Which I don't have time for anymore. :D :D

But have you ever gotten into games with trading systems? Like, I’ve been messing around with CS2 and csgo skins—they’ve got this whole marketplace vibe where some skins even hold value like rare mods in Sins. If you’re into collecting or trading stuff, it’s pretty fun to dive into.

I have not. I'm super OCD/Picky about games. I even dismantled my old gaming computer. I'm pretty much reserved to not play anything again unless Descent 4, EvE Online II or Star Craft 3 come out. And even then they would have to be in a strict margin of what I want so, seeing as though companies & corporations aren't going to do my specific design/or needs: that chapter of my life is closed. :D
