Wow, I can't believe someone would be like that....the customer I mean. Well, I guess I can. I've seen my share of aggrevated customers.

In that clip, the guy from Dell did nothing wrong except stay on the phone with the jerk. I mean, no matter how simple the question is, the guy has to follow his company's policies by getting the customers name, etc, etc.
