random skipping in music

alright every time i play music, or any time a windows sound plays, or basicaly just any time a sound plays, it is all choppy. i dont know why, it just recently started doing it. anyone have any suggestions?

ya, i dont know, i just tried to play music again right after i posted, and its working fine now. hmmm, weird.

were u burning a cd while trying to play music? or any other processor intensive things? cuz even my 3.0 ghz processor does that while burning stuff

Well then your processor sucks. Lol, joking of course, because I have the sae one and love it. Anyways, my computer doesnt skipp when I burn stuff.. So I dont know why yours would..

no, actually i tried closing every single program excet the program playing the music, itunes. it still did it, but then it stopped all of the sudden. well, whatever, it stopped now

i have an hp pavillion 533w, 512mb ram, ati radeon 9520 256mb pci, 60gb hd. not too bad, considering i paid 200 for it and then spent like 150 or 200 adding onto it.

ya, tried that too. didnt see much stuff taking up memory. said iw as only using like 200 soemthing mb, but its fixed now so whatever
