Is that the reason an $89.00 Ryzen 3 2200 last year costs around $150.00 today?
No that's stock shortage and scalping.

Market dominance and having a better product is why the 5600x is $350 MSRP and they won't be releasing cheaper non X variants to the retail market. Meanwhile, an 11400f does the same for almost half the cost. Unless you need the cores AMD now doesn't make sense.

I thought AMD was still all the way on top performance-to-price wise.
Hands up to competition.
They are. Comparatively it's dumb to buy an 11700k or 11900k when the 5800x and 5900x exist. On the lower end though, it's a different story because the 5600x is priced so high (MSRP) and just not available.

How many of you gyes have online media accounts paid for on subscriptions such as YouTube ect: Would any of you think it would be worth sighning up to a paid YouTube account .

I pay for Netflix on my CC because my monthly is higher than the Netflix bill and everybody else in the house uses it so I don't have to grab crap I don't want locally. Win win. It retains credit usage while constantly going down and it's slow but it's helped my credit out.
