MPN is definitely the MXM variant.

RX5700 is last gen, RTX 3080 and 6800XT are same tier.

I would go with the 3080, it might be easier to get your hands on.

I have a 43 inch i think and 4k p60 i watch movies on it and play games on the computer or something.
