Only problem with actually fighting him, is that i'm scared of his big brother.

Along with all their big brothers.

His little right hand man, well his brother robbed the 76 Gas Station, and was sent to prision.

He is out now.

They are kind of untouchable.

You need to understand, Martial Artists live by a creed saying that they will not mis-use their training, which does include throwing the first punch in a fight. Martial arts are self-defense, not a bully class as my instructor used to put it.

Any mis-use of your training can cause a demotion, or revocation of black-belt certification if you are a black belt.

As well as a black belt is considered a lethal weapon, so he could be charged with assault with a lethal weapon.

It's not misusing your training, he's defending his possessions (his car).
