Hey i have 1 GB of ram, i was wondering if its neccesary to upgrade to 2 GB

would it really make that big of a differance?

yes, now a days games run much smoother on 2gb and DX10 games recomended might be around 1.5gb? im not sure so dont quote me on that but thats what it seems like cause oblivions recomended is 1gb.
