ram upgrade??

I actually have a question to do with RAM,

Motherboard supports ALL RAM (for this example)
but the intel processors;

Memory Specifications
Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 32 GB
Memory Types DDR3-1066/1333

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
does the above mean if i use say 1600-DDR3 Ram it wont work?

hmm forget buying 2x4gb ram.....found there was a 2gb ram compatible with my current laptop spare from my old broken laptop when i took it apart.
