RAM Speeds?

I just built a rig for a friend, using an AMD Phenom II X6 1045T, 2x2GB DDR3 1600 Gskill, and an Asus M4A88T-M mobo. Integrated graphics, 1tb caviar black drive.

Anyhow, everything is running great except for one exception: When I run the Windows Experience Index test, it scores around 4.7, where my computer with the same RAM gets a 7.4 in the same category. Also, when I used the Passmark Burn In Test, it reports that my RAM is running at 666hz. What is going on? I set it to manual in the BIOS and changed the clockspeed to 1600, but no dice. I left everything else on auto, is there something I need to change?

Thanks for any help

That's pretty accurate considering the multiplier is 3. I would venture the differences are from the memory handlers in the two boards.

Oh wow, I forgot that with DDR RAM, you essentially double what it reports to be running at, because it's double data rate. Serious facepalm moment. So nevermind, carry on :p
