RAm question

i have two sticks of 128 meg Ram running dual channel on my comp.

i want to know if it's possible i can add a third stick and still make it work.

like


i want to add a stick of 512 megs and would it work with the other two sticks?

I'm not too sure wat dual channel memory is.
if i put in a stick of 512 megs into the first slot,
and i want to add another stick of 512,
where would i put in the second stick?

It entirely depends on how many memory slots you have and your what your bios supports-Something no one here can tell you.

i suggest you look it up in your motherboard manual. it should tell you which slots to put the ram in to make it dual channel.

Best to read the manual and see how it tells you the RAM should be put in and organised.
