RAM or CPU?

My PC is running really slow, I have 756 RAM and a 2.21, 2.22 intel proccessor. It wasnt always slow and I havnt installed anything different on my pc that would take up more space. Loading programs and things like that it is slow. So i was wondering which one is causing it to be slow, thanks.

download and run ad-aware...go do an online virus scan...run disk defragmenter and scandisk....

Its an old processor, changing times means that you notice it being slow.

What operating system are you running? that would play a facter in the equation....
