I am currently running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit as my OS and I know that 64-bit OS's utilize all of the RAM that you have correct? Well for some reason it recognizes 8GB, but says that 7.24GB is usable. Could someone explain this to me? I would appreciate any feedback about this. Thanks.
