Radeon® X1800 XL and the 6600GT, questions

Hello!.

Ok so i was wondering if the x1800xl was better then the geforce 6600GT OC? and if so whats it equal too with a nvidia card?

And what good or bad news have you heard from this card. Here are some links to the cards:

X1800XL for sure, and your mobo has one PCI-e slot, so it should work as long as you aren't using something else in that slot

yep, a x1800xl is way better than a 6600GT.
It's quite close to some 7800 card, not sure but I think that it's a little worse than the 7800GT.

Just a little the XT would own it, ad comparing the XL to the GT by far the XL is faster

i think the 1800XL sits somewhere between the 6800 and the 7800 gpu's of nVidia as far as performance goes. It's a good card.
