Quick RAM Question

Just a quick question to settle an argument.

Which RAM is more power full, 6800 or 2700?

I was arguing the lower the number then the more powerfull cause that's what I got told on here, but I have now been told that the higher numbers are more powerfull which is the actual case?

the clocks are higher, but not necessarily better AFAIK

And would having a 6800 cause any problems with regards to PC stability?

what an uncommon number for RAM, 6800.
when you asked, 6800 or 2700, what does those numbers stand for?
part number? bandwidth? or...?
if bandwidth, higher is usually better.
