quick question with my internet

i usually use a wireless network adaptor..(Linksys Wireless G)..but my question is that when i just use the modem just hooked to my computer it comes up saying little or no connectivity

my motherboard has two ethernet ports and I tried both of them


plz help me out i wanna see how fast my internet is with out the network adaptor..and in StarCraft I can't make games because of latency..

Unplug router and plug back in again. I have the same router and have the same problem.

That should do it. I also have the same router and have experienced the same problem. Just unplugging it for 30 seconds or so usually fixes the problem.
