I found out my PSU is a 350w 24 pin

I'll refrash my questions.
1. Do I need more fans besides the ones that I got if I don't plan to overclock.
2. Will 350ws be enough. For what I want it to do. I want to add a soundcard later on.

Liquid cooled is a little over the top for his system, I mean maybe if he was planning on OC'ing 15-20%

Yea you will need some massive cooling for 20%, but nik00117 your new parts look nice! Also your 350 PSU will be able to power it :)

i think you should go with a better psu, unless your psu is a very good brand. doesnt the 6600gt need a 400watt minimum

The card that you have chosen comes with a VGA connector built onto the card so you don't need an adapter.
The 350 will suit your needs to a basic set up of what you have shown but when you go adding extra cards and drives you will start to tax it.
here is a link to a configurer for power supplies:

On the cooling thing...you don't need to water cool..
you might go ahead and add 1 more fan and a couple of power cable splitters to your purchases though. an extra fan if needed and splitters to power it up.
Proper circulation of air is the thing to remember on cooling and don't use the psu fan as part of your figuring as it is for cooling the psu although it does help a little.
