I downloaded strictly the .iso file and I didn't use a torrent. I'm a bit bummed about losing a key, but I guess it's my own fault.

Nope, if you're under MSDNAA you can use it for as long as you like. The reason they're not really too worried is that it'll go out of date, so it's not like you'll stop buying Microsoft products for life because of it!

At work we purchased one set of Windows media, then just purchase licenses as needed to install on the company computers. It almost seems strange to have an installation disk for each computer. Of course, we are the end users of the computers. We aren't retailing them.
