Question about qualifications & their value.

After reading threw a few posts made online threw Google & also in the OT section I am curious to ask about the following qualifications and their value.

Is NCFE IIQ a good cert. Is CCNA a good cert & is a NCFE IIQ in buisness a good cert. Is City & Guilds a good Cert & having a Level one in english but no level 2 and no level 1 or 2 in Maths.

Are these good qualifications despite having no experience & doing nothing for 8 years.

Any thoughts.

NCFE IIQ in Computing.

City & Guilds in Computer building and maintenence with a side cert in customer service.

Should of mentioned that.
