PSU - Which way is up?

Im going to put a Nox Urano II(Uranium maybe?) into a Termaltake Element G, which should i have the PSU-s fan pointing up or down_

If you have a hole in the bottom of the case where the PSU goes, then down. If not, have it facing up.

Make the fan point towards the middle of the case.

Just as he said. Some cases (Antec 900) have it where the fan points upward, and others (Coolermaster Cosmos S Series) have holes drilled just below the PSU where it's recommended it points down

Pretty much depends on where your air vents are on your case. As yami said, if you've got holes in the bottom of your case to allow for airflow to the PSU, put the PSU in with the fan facing downwards.
If not, as Apok said, face it towards the middle.
