It'll probably be OK given the cpu you're using, 18A on the 12v rails is a little low imo though.

I personally tend to go for overkill for a psu just to negate any deficiencies it may have, it is the heartbeat of the pc after all.
 
Given a choice of the two I'd probably go with the TT but it is still only 19A on the 12v rails, I can't see anything to identify whether it is a Purepower or a Toughpower psu though.

I'd have to jump on the TT site and compare specs to be certain which one it is.

EDIT; searching for W0129 at TT site gives no result so I'm kind of perplexed by that :confused: discontinued model maybe?? old stock?

I'm not sure of your budget but this psu (LINK) TT Purepower 600w has 4x 12v rails at 18A (as opposed to the others you have posted which have dual 12v rails at 18A & 19A repectively) as well as modular cabling which is a bonus (no uneeded cables to deal with)
