Programming Languages Learning Guides

Hello,

I am currently learning all about HTML/CSS coding, and I can't seem to find a full 100% tutorial, teachings, how to, all about. I don't just want to fully learn that. I want to learn every single programming language there is. I know that it all starts with a markup programming language such as you start with HTML, and CSS. I know HTML basically a definition for hyperlinked text. That's the HT part, lol.

I know that the HTML is like skeleton and the CSS is the flesh and exterior. It's what makes a site look like a site and beautiful.

Can someone please point me in the right direction from where to start to become a full developer for iOS?
