Processor Upgrade Help

I currently have a Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.60GHZ (2 CPUs), ~2.6GHz Processor and was wondering what a good upgrade would be for my computer, I want to try to keep my budget under 200$ and around 100$ would be great. Thanks!

Need information on the motherboar as in model number/vendor, so we can see whats the max cpu it supports. Here download this FREE software(CPUID-CPUZ) that tells you your CPU/Caches/Motherboard/Memory/Graphics settings.Once installed open it up and click the top tab that says "Mainboard" than write down the model number.- http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/1.55-setup-en.exe
