basically internet explorer is acting weird. There is no text of any kind between the blue bar on top and everything beneath it up until the actual webpage. i cant right click anywhre on the webpage, cant print, cant close the window unless i go into task manager. I even tried messing with the internet options under control panel. it wont open. ive run anti virus scans and malware scans in both normal and safe mode. Some one please help me!
