Problem

So i got this e machines that i got for free.....it had no psu, dvd drive, and needed a fan so i added a fan that glows cherry red i added a power supply unit mainly has sata connectors and a dvd drive that is sata......the problem is the mother board is ata ANd Not Serial ata what can i do to remedy the problem???

You can add an sata controller card.

Or, send me the sata drive, and ill send you an ide drive. It would be a trade. My mobo only has one ide thing, so having a sata would help me, and for you, having an ide would help, probably a better option since your pci slots are probably all taken up.

why would they be taken up its just one of my computers i use to tinker with...it has nothing in the slot i have ide drives by the way but i wanted sata for the faster speed
